finally. finally managed to find some time to come to the class blog for a long awaited entry...

slightly more than a week ago, yours truly had another year added to her age. cool. i embrace ageing. for it means a more dignified and matured presence. or so i like to believe. **winks**

that's not the point...

the point is... 3E3 CELEBRATED MY BIRTHDAY FOR ME!!!

that's THE point.

for someone who HATES birthdays, it was really quite a great birthday. the nicest part is that i receieved alot of notes. on 14 Feb 2006, i gave 38 notes (2 students were not in my class yet). on 14 July 2006, a day before my birthday, i took back 26 notes and a full attendance with no latecomers (a rare sight!!!!!). quite a mean feat. considering quite a few people were unaware of the celebration. although i did not cry, as many thought i would (oh my. i'm not an emotional person for goodness sake...), i felt really happy and touched. happy that my form class is so sweet and they have good manners to stand up and greet Ms Chew on their own accord. touched that my class has a heart filled with compassion and willingness to put a smile to other people's day...

dear 3E3, although i did not cry... although i did not come up earlier to blog my thanks... although i might not have given u guys the reaction u had wished to see... it doesn't mean any lesser that i do not remember the very special day. in fact, i will remember the day and tell it to my kids, grandkids, great grandkids and anyone who wants to listen...
